Customer Service Representative
Rite-Hite is the global leader in loading dock and door equipment, dedicated to innovation and customer safety. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to coordinate order fulfillment and serve as the key conduit between customers and the sales department.

Responsibilities
Working with the Sales department, customers, and vendors in submitting orders for equipment and parts
Accurately process new orders with precise details per customer needs
Process new PO's for outside vendors which includes follow up of PO's and processing of vendors invoices for payment
Ensuring accurate invoicing
Ensure proper commissions are processed on orders
Coordinate all order communications with district offices pertaining to install of equipment ordered
Qualification
Required
One year of related experience minimum
Prior experience in a field service operation helpful
A commitment to quality
Prior experience in an ISO-certified or similar quality program is a plus
Good attention to detail
Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
Good communication and customer service skills are also essential
