Responsibilities

Create engaging, accurate, and interactive training materials (e-learning modules, instructor-led courses, job aids, and simulations) for power generation systems and processes

Translate complex technical concepts into clear, learner-friendly content

Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), engineers, and operations teams to gather technical information and validate content accuracy

Partner with instructional designers and multimedia specialists to enhance learning experiences

Ensure all training materials comply with industry regulations (e.g., OSHA, NERC, ISO) and company safety standards

Maintain version control and documentation for all training assets

Assign, track, and monitor completion of required training

Analyze learner feedback and performance data to update and improve training content

Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in instructional design and power generation
