They are seeking a Chain of Custody Program Administrator to support the Chain of Custody Team by maintaining client files, drafting audit invoices, and assisting program managers with auditor inquiries and logistics.

Responsibilities

Update and maintain client files in the MSC platform, SharePoint, and internal database

Assign audits in the MSC platform

Prepare MSC/ASC and CSI assessment documents such as audit checklists, scoping documents, and work completion certificates using MRAG Americas provided templates

Process final reports in MSC platform, internal database, and send them to the client

Draft and issue COC certificates and schedules using established MRAG Americas templates

Draft and send audit invoices

Participate in weekly team meetings

Track COC audit progress

Work directly with the senior management team and auditors to ensure all deadlines are met
