Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop detailed technical specifications, including functional, non-functional, and system architecture requirements
Maintain and update the requirement traceability matrix to ensure alignment across all project phases
Participate in design reviews, testing, and validation to ensure systems meet defined requirements
Identify potential risks and issues, conduct risk assessments, and propose mitigation strategies
Manage changes to product/system requirements, update documentation, and communicate updates to stakeholders
Select, implement, and configure tools to support the requirement engineering process
Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements to streamline workflows
Mentor team members in requirement analysis and ensure compliance with internal and external standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Engineering or Science; Master's degree preferred
Minimum 5 years in design or requirement engineering roles
Proficiency in coding (Python, R, or MATLAB) and experience with tools like JAMA, DOORS, or JIRA
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; detail-oriented and team-focused
Preferred
Familiarity with A-SPICE, ISO 26262, and battery systems (Li-ion or lead-acid)
Experience working in cross-functional teams and matrix organizations
Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management practices
