Responsibilities
Support the BSA Officer in daily AML program operations, including monitoring and risk assessments
Lead investigations into suspicious activities and manage the filing of necessary reports
Oversee Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) processes
Develop and update compliance policies and procedures in response to regulatory changes
Assist in identifying money laundering trends and ensure risk management in new products
Collaborate with various teams to integrate compliance into business processes
Qualification
Required
7-10+ years in an AML/Sanctions role within financial institutions or FinTech
Strong knowledge of BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, and OFAC regulations
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or Accounting; Master's preferred
Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) or equivalent certification
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to lead teams and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
