Responsibilities
Report to the Chief of Information Technology Services and collaborate with business units to collect and develop requirements for service manager requests
Focus on administration and creation of new requests
Work with system center orchestrator to create, maintain, and update orchestrator workflows
Maintain and update Cireson software and work with vendors to fulfill service requests, including updating JavaScript for service requests
Qualification
Required
5 years of administrative experience with Microsoft Servers
3 years of experience with supporting MS System Center, demonstrating a deep understanding of services and features, site design, and best practices
3 years of experience with IT methodology framework (i.e., ITIL, MITA)
3 years of experience with MS Azure
Bachelor's degree and/or 5 years of related work experience
Preferred
Working knowledge of System Center Service Manager
Working knowledge of Cireson
Working knowledge of System Center Orchestrator
Working knowledge of JavaScript and HTML
Working knowledge of Power BI
Working knowledge of SQL
Working knowledge of XML
Working knowledge of PowerShell
Working knowledge of Healthcare and healthcare-related requirements
MS Server Admin Certifications
