Responsibilities

Lead the IT infrastructure & cloud roadmap
Manage hybrid environments (data centers + Azure/GCP/AWS)
Oversee Microsoft 365 and modern workplace tools
Transform Help Desk into a proactive, self-service, AI-enabled model
Drive automation (IaC, AIOps, RPA, observability)
Lead network, endpoint, and core platform operations (AD, Intune, DNS, backup)
Manage vendors, contracts, and budgets
Establish KPIs, dashboards, and governance standards

Qualification

IT operations leadershipHybrid cloud managementIaCAutomationMicrosoft 365 expertiseCommunication skillsLeadership skills

Required

12+ years in IT operations, 5+ in leadership
Strong experience with hybrid cloud, IaC, DevOps, and automation
Expertise with Microsoft 365 and modern endpoint management
Proven success in modernization and cost optimization
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Bachelor's required

advanced degree preferred
