Mid LevelHyra is working on behalf of Community Behavioral Health to hire for the position of IT Project Manager. This role is responsible for leading and executing complex technology initiatives that support strategic goals within the Medicaid managed care landscape.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of IT projects including software implementations and system integrations
Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets using defined PMO methodologies and tools
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for IT solutions
Coordinate vendor activities to ensure deliverables meet technical, security, and compliance standards
Facilitate cross-functional meetings with clinical, operational, and administrative departments
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading IT projects such as infrastructure upgrades and cybersecurity enhancements
Strong understanding of health information technology standards and PHI protection requirements
Ability to develop comprehensive project documentation including charters and risk mitigation plans
Experience managing vendor selection processes and defining technical selection criteria
Professional communication skills for delivering project updates to executive leadership
