Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior design members to execute seasonal marketing campaigns—design layouts, retouch photography, prepare production files, and assist with asset handoff
Design digital assets for evergreen branding initiatives, including display advertising, broadcast graphics, social media content, and email campaigns
Create print materials for both internal and external use, such as operational literature, posters, flyers, handouts, and in-store signage
Ensure brand consistency across all channels while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Communicate with internal team members on project updates
Qualification
Required
3+ years' experience in graphic design
Previous experience designing for the home furnishings industry
Strong portfolio demonstrating both print and digital work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and XD
Experience with digital asset creation
Ability to work independently and maintain collaboration with team
Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills
