Responsibilities
Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from conception to completion
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
Provide technical guidance and support to team members
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in project management within the manufacturing or industrial sector(5+ yrs)
Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to manage projects across various disciplines
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Enjoys working autonomously and is hands-on
Experience in the steel manufacturing or heavy industry
Knowledge of other engineering disciplines (mechanical, civil, etc.)
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable but not mandatory
