Responsibilities

Assist Product Manager with product development efforts including

New product launch materials such as proofreading text, labels, packaging, product and packaging measurements, etc

Maintain knowledge, data and files of key competitors, monitoring trend activity and assist where needed in competitive cross documents

Help to ensure internal and external information of products is accurate and up-to-date (i.e. Website landing pages, user-instructions, DOC’s, Certifications)

Assist in creating technical files/DOC/User Instructions where needed

Support product training and presentations delivered by the Product Managers by assisting in setup and tear down, organizing samples, and helping with demonstrations

Work on assigned project supporting Product Management initiatives and present summary and findings to Product leadership team
