Responsibilities
Communicate professionally with trade partners, suppliers, building officials, homeowners, and internal team members
Assist in coordinating and following construction schedules to support timely home completion
Demonstrate a positive, hands-on work ethic and willingness to support the team as needed
Conduct daily job site visits to inspect workmanship, monitor progress, and ensure homes are built according to Adams Homes quality standards
Qualification
Required
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, field-based environment
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and follow established processes
Valid driver's license and ability to travel between multiple job sites
Preferred
Construction experience preferred but not required
