The role involves interpreting customer specifications, selecting appropriate products, and developing custom solutions while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities

Provide timely and effective verbal and written communication to our internal resources and Sales Organization

Understand and follow all departmental policies and procedures

Meet monthly team KPI targets

Able to independently quote level 1 and 2 opportunities for primary product families

Able to quote level 1 and level 2 opportunities for secondary product families with support from higher level AEs

Determine and document the technical and commercial requirements of the customer’s application

Select the appropriate G&W product to meet these requirements

Develop accurate cost models for both standard and custom equipment

Determine price levels and lead times

Partner with customers and our Engineering team to develop custom solutions that satisfy their needs

Build and maintain strong relationships with our internal resources and Sales Organization

Communicate these requirements to G&W’s internal teams for engineering and manufacturing

When opportunities arise, travel with the Sales team to help deepen Applications understanding
