Regional Sales Manager
KaVo Dental is a global leader in dental equipment and solutions, supporting dental professionals with innovative tools. They are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of Territory Sales Managers across the US and Canada, focusing on driving growth through distributor and dealer networks.

Responsibilities
Build, present, and execute strategic sales plans that deliver on forecasted goals
Identify and maximize go‑to‑market opportunities to drive profitability and business expansion
Serve as the primary liaison for key distributor partners, conducting regular business reviews to align priorities and accelerate revenue growth
Maintain organizational balance by ensuring strong focus across all routes‑to‑market and product lines
Coach and mentor Territory Sales Managers to strengthen funnel discipline and CRM utilization
Partner closely with Marketing to align on strategies, campaigns, and priorities
Cultivate and expand relationships with key customers, industry leaders, and dental dealers
Anticipate risks, develop contingency plans, and support structured problem‑solving to eliminate recurring issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
High school diploma or GED and 4+ years of B2B dental industry sales experience
Equivalent combination of post‑secondary education and relevant experience
5+ years of leadership experience in a sales‑driven environment with responsibility for teams, initiatives, or strategic outcomes
Preferred
Strong understanding of strategic sales planning, distributor channels, and dental/medical device markets
Experience with risk assessment and structured problem‑solving
Proficiency in CRM systems, funnel management, performance metrics, and B2B negotiation
Proven success in managing key customers and distributors while achieving sales quotas
Ability to drive growth, exceed targets, and balance multiple routes‑to‑market
Demonstrated leadership in developing large sales teams and building cross‑functional partnerships
Ability to anticipate risks and implement effective contingencies
