Executive Assistant

Responsibilities

Provide all manner of administrative support to the LHT CEO | President and Executive Advisors
Manage CEO’s calendars, schedules and agendas
Arrange and coordinate meetings, events, etc
Manage correspondence, including screening, responding and archiving emails
Screen incoming telephone calls; take and deliver accurate messages; respond to requests by gathering and providing information and referring non-routine calls appropriately
Track and prepare expenses for reimbursement
Prepare and edit reports, presentations and memos when required
Utilize Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva to create agendas, reports, presentations and other documents
Review documents for accuracy and clarity
Arrange travel and accommodations for executives
Assist with minor personal support
Be responsive to emails/texts/phone calls, with contact outside normal business hours (infrequent)

Required

Highschool Diploma/GED
5+ years of experience in an executive support role within an office environment
Expert level in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across various levels of the organization
Accustomed to working with high-net-wealth individuals and/or notable clients
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment
High-degree of discretion and the capacity to maintain confidentiality. Non-disclosure Agreement Required
Ability to pass U.S. Secret Service and/or Dignitary Protection security background-check
Exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and organizational capabilities
Expert level written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to ask clarifying questions
Superior customer service and interpersonal skills and attuned to the finer details of service and hospitality
Proactive, self-directed and creative approaches to problem-solving and decision-making
Understand Executives' working styles and anticipate needs

Preferred

Understanding of funeral service and/or event management desired, but not required
