Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to lawyer
Handle communication with clients
Manage a docket of cases from start to completion
Conduct investigative research to locate individuals and gather case-related information using online search engines and public databases
Obtain, review, and summarize medical, legal, and other relevant records
Draft legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests/demands, motions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 3 years' experience in class action litigation, personal injury law, or medical malpractice in a law firm
Strong verbal and written communication skills
