Responsibilities
Support annual budget development and ongoing forecasting for departments and projects
Prepare monthly budget vs. actual variance analyses and identify key drivers
Analyze cost projections and financial trends to support planning and decision-making
Consolidate financial information for management reporting
Partner with managers to answer questions, explain results, and provide financial guidance
Ensure financial activity aligns with internal controls and accounting policies
Participate in special projects requiring data gathering, analysis, and clear communication
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
1-4 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or budgeting roles
Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets
Ability to explain financial results in plain language
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable asking questions, digging into variances, and following items through to completion
