Responsibilities

Participate in business due diligence (commercial and/or operational) engagements and help ensure successful delivery of final project deliverables
Apply rapid analytics approach to quickly identify key data points, create hypothesis and provide clear analysis
Bring hypothesis-driven approach to rapidly conduct market assessments, competitive offer positions, financials, cost benchmarking, and synergy analyses
Lead project work streams including structuring the work, executing it, generating insights, preparing written communications, and effectively communicating results to the team and client
Support the professional development of junior-level KPMG Strategy team members

Required

A minimum of three years external strategy consulting experience in a client-facing strategy discipline at a Big 4 firm, major strategy firm, or boutique strategy firm, with a focus on M&A, private equity due diligence, corporate due diligence, and operational performance improvement in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications industries
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or other related fields; Masters degree in Business Administration is highly preferred
Experience required in at least two or more of the following strategy consulting areas: business due diligence (commercial/strategic, operational), performance improvement, market assessments, or growth strategy
Strong business acumen, with analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to understand how strategic levers (commercial and/or operational) impact a clients investment thesis
Comfort with ambiguity and fluid consulting situations
Ability to work successfully in a fast-pace (deal) environment and travel up to 50% of the time
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
