Founding Account Executive

Kollective Group is a fast-growing enterprise SaaS startup building a next-generation AI-driven customer engagement platform. They are seeking a Founding Account Executive to drive go-to-market efforts, own the full sales cycle, and close new business while collaborating with various teams to refine strategies and contribute to revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Prospect and qualify enterprise leads across target verticals (e.g., financial services, healthcare, life sciences)
Develop and execute outbound strategies that generate pipeline and revenue
Conduct consultative discovery calls, demos, and product presentations to executive-level stakeholders
Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach through negotiation and close
Build strong relationships with prospects and customers to drive long-term success
Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Customer Success to refine messaging, process, and strategy
Provide market and customer feedback to shape product positioning and roadmap
Consistently hit or exceed quota and contribute to revenue forecasting

Required

Proven full-cycle SaaS sales experience with a track record of closing deals
Comfort and success selling to C-level executives and complex buying committees
Strong hunter mindset — you build your book of business, don't wait for it
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms
Self-starter attitude with outstanding organization and time management
Competitive, driven, and resilient — you thrive in results-oriented environments
Comfortable working in startup / early-stage environments where process is evolving
Passionate about technology and helping customers solve complex challenges
Remote-first work style with accountability and self-motivation
