Responsibilities
Work on the design and execution of complex architectural projects from concept through construction completion
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors to bring the schedule, budget, and scope of work to completion and to the client’s satisfaction
Manage and monitor project team assignments, budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring project objectives are met
Communicate effectively to build positive relationships with team members, clients, consultants, and contractors
Collaborate closely with design teams to generate innovative solutions and ensure cohesive design execution
Support team members in navigating challenges, resolving conflicts, and ensuring alignment with the project’s overall vision
Qualification
Required
2+ years of related architectural design experience
Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work
Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally
Ability to manage a team toward the project goal and schedule
Ability to support the firm's growth initiatives
Preferred
Master's or Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution strongly preferred
Experience using Revit strongly preferred
