Responsibilities
Support attorneys with estate planning and probate matters from intake through completion
Prepare and review estate planning documents, probate pleadings, correspondence, and court filings
Manage case files, deadlines, and calendars to ensure timely progression of matters
Communicate directly with clients, courts, financial institutions, and other professionals
Coordinate execution of estate planning documents and probate-related filings
Maintain accurate records and assist with ongoing case management
Qualification
Required
Prior experience as an estate planning or probate paralegal strongly preferred
Working knowledge of estate planning documents and probate procedures
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with legal practice management software is a plus
