Responsibilities
Support attorneys throughout the lifecycle of litigation, from case inception through trial and post-trial
Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
Manage case files, calendars, and court deadlines
Coordinate filings in state, federal, and US TAX Court required!
Prepare materials for hearings and trials, including exhibits and binders
Organize and summarize documents, deposition transcripts, and case materials
Qualification
Required
BA/BS Degree and/or a Paralegal certificate from an accredited program
3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
Strong understanding of TAX LAW
Experience with state and federal courts
Familiarity with e-discovery and document management platforms
