Receptionist
Alliance TrueCare is seeking a Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. This role involves greeting guests, managing communications, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities
Welcome visitors, address inquiries, and manage all reception desk activities while ensuring a positive, welcoming environment
Manage incoming communications by answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate staff
Effectively handle and distribute incoming mail and deliveries, and perform clerical tasks such as copying, faxing, and filing
Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Support project coordination by tracking deadlines, updating statuses, and collaborating with team members
Monitor and order office supplies as needed
Ensure security by following procedures and controlling access with visitor sign-ins
Handle general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required, preferably in a related field of study
1+ year prior experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with staff, clients, and visitors to ensure a positive experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, and ability to meet deadlines
Professional communication skills through phone, email and mail correspondence
Familiarity with office equipment and administrative procedures
Ability to manage confidential information and sensitive documents with professionalism and discretion
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times
