Responsibilities
Acting as the Key User between ALSTOM and the customer for Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS) and related system interfaces
Supporting local business processes related to Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS) beyond customer interfaces
Managing master data objects in Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS) and ensuring continuous data integrity
Serving as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS), customer interfaces, and related applications
Monitoring and resolving errors and incidents in Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS) and customer interfaces, escalating as needed
Understanding and managing the integration between ALSTOM and customer Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS) systems
Providing ongoing training and documentation for ALSTOM end users on Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS) and interface
Utilizing business automation tools (e.g., WinShuttle) for bulk data uploads
Qualification
Required
Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience or understanding of Rail Transit and/or Maintenance Management and/or Fleet Operations & Planning (or similar)
Experience or understanding of Maintenance Management Information Systems (MMIS) in industrial or transportation environments
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, including Microsoft Excel (advanced)
Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, and data management tools
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with business automation tools such as WinShuttle
Knowledge of ERP systems and integrated applications/interfaces
Strong communication skills and ability to train and support end users
