Responsibilities
Execute dimensional analysis, validation, and optimization for body structures
Apply GD&T and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles
Maintain and improve existing dimensional control plans
Perform PFMEA related to dimensional deviations (training provided)
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Design, and Quality teams to resolve issues
Review defect data, conduct audits, and support continuous improvement
Participate in daily quality and safety meetings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience)
4–5+ years of dimensional or manufacturing quality experience
Strong understanding of GD&T and measurement systems
Experience with DFM, PFMEA, and cross-functional collaboration
Hands-on, process-driven, strong communication skills
Preferred
Experience with PolyWorks (training provided)
Automotive or body shop environment experience
