Responsibilities

Responsible for creating accurate detailed technical packages with construction, specs, fit comments that meet brand requirements. Create consistency between factories regarding fit and make

Strong pattern making skills and confident providing accurate fit direction with specific pattern corrections to factories

Proficient in garment construction, sewing, factory processes, especially suited for high end and mid-tier markets

Participate in fit sessions with live models. Proactively identify and communicate fit issues and provide solutions

Work with fit corrections / construction

Required

Has experience with dresses for better markets - Saks, Bloomingdales, Neiman, Macy's, etc

Patternmaking experience is a big plus

Problem Solver who can conduct fittings, manage their own workload and work effectively, while maintaining composure under pressure

Demonstrates excellent time management and prioritization skills while working on multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Detail-oriented and possess organizational skills; ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy. Able to work independently with little direction and in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and computer skills. Excel is a must, Outlook, Word, Illustrator
