Responsibilities

Partner with the CEO to align the Human Resources strategy with the organization’s long-term business goals
Foster a unified company culture that bridges the gap between corporate headquarters and clinical teams across the country, ensuring high engagement and retention
Guide the organization through change management initiatives
Oversee the recruiting department with a specific focus on high-priority provider recruitment
Design and implement competitive retention strategies to reduce turnover in high-volume roles
Develop an employer brand that positions Enable as a differentiated and desirable choice for clinical and corporate professionals
Manage compensation structures and benefits administration, ensuring competitiveness in local markets
Oversee HR compliance across multiple states, navigating complex labor laws and healthcare-specific regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, credentialing, license verification)
Optimize HR technology (HRIS/ATS) to provide data-driven insights and streamlined workflows
Support a robust learning & development framework for both clinical and corporate staff
Serve as the final escalation point for complex employee relations issues, investigations, and legal matters
Oversee performance management systems that drive accountability and professional growth

Qualification

Required

10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 3 years at the Director or VP level
Experience in multi-site healthcare is mandatory
Bachelor's degree required
Broad HR generalist experience with deep understanding of multi-state employment laws, recruitment strategies, and DSO-specific HR best practices

Preferred

Specific DSO experience is highly preferred
Master's degree or HR Certification (SPHR/SHRM-SCP) preferred
