Responsibilities

Serve as the primary resource for employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters

Partner with management on staffing projections, recruitment strategies, job postings, and applicant screening

Conduct needs assessments to identify and implement employee training programs

Provide guidance on employee benefits and assist with issue resolution

Oversee safety programs to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Administer FMLA, catastrophic leave, ADA, FLSA, OSHA, Workers’ Compensation, and other employment regulations

Advise on company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HRIS data integrity for payroll processing

Collaborate with budget owners to support cost management and recommend expense reduction strategies

Develop and maintain succession planning programs

Perform other duties as assigned
