The Help Desk Specialist provides timely, responsive, and accurate support and problem resolution to the Firm's lawyers and staff, including troubleshooting incidents and fulfilling service requests.

Receiving and logging calls, emails, and voicemails

Troubleshooting end user incidents

Fulfilling service requests

Providing proper escalation and follow-up on all issues

Providing documentation for problem solving measures on various applications

Required

Must be located in close proximity to northeast Ohio

Demonstrate ability to perform in positions of responsibility, preferably in a legal environment

Strong leadership, organizational, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential

Ability to listen, work directly with lawyers and staff, answer phones, document problems, and speak and write in terms easily understood

Aptitude for learning new software products and applying troubleshooting skills to assist callers

Able to work with minimal supervision as well as work in a team environment

Preferred

Bachelor's degree with a major in computer technologies preferred

Previous experience as help desk specialist or in an IT related support role preferred

Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, and Windows 7/10 preferred
