Responsibilities
Perform data analysis of critical KPIs with Merchant Services leadership to identify growth opportunities, strategize on change management, and execute growth initiatives
Perform QA on new sales applications and compliance submittals and be the escalation point of contact for aligned teams
Assist sales leaders with process reinforcement, partner education, and sales coaching
Support Merchant Services Sales Advisors with system concerns, process, and platform knowledge, and reinforce training
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of Merchant Services Sales, Support, Training, or Leadership experience
Preferred
Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Excel, and Tableau user experience
Merchant Services Sales experience, banking channel support or partnership experience
Strong analytical and data driven decision making skills
Strong verbal/written communication skills and facilitation/presentation acumen
