Maintain a quality day habilitation program
Direct administrative, staffing, programmatic, and physical plant policies
Establish the policies and systems necessary to operate a sound facility
Qualification
Required
Minimum BA/BS in Human Services, Psychology or related field and three years' experience in a position with progressive responsibilities in areas of administration, writing and implementing individual objectives and goals, and supervision
Valid driver's license and vehicle is required
Must possess good writing and oral skills to effectively communicate individuals' needs and objectives as well as providing training and supervision to staff
