Client and principal interactions
Maintaining Salesforce CRM database
Understanding competitive intensity
Providing technical support
Promoting and selling a variety of heat transfer and combustion equipment solutions to meet client needs and project requirements
Qualification
Required
Must be located near or in the Golden Triangle area of East Texas
3-5 years of experience in Heavy Industrial equipment sales with existing client relationships
Basic knowledge and understanding of industry standards for heat exchangers, combustion equipment, boilers, and/or cooling towers
Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills are a must
Experience with sales activities, call logs, and CRM opportunity tracking (preferably Salesforce)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team environment
Experience in working a targeted region, incrementing opportunities, and closing deals
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
Must have a reliable vehicle for sales calls, principal visits, and regular driving
Must be able to sell on value and find your competitive advantage
Preferred
Associate or bachelor's Degree (business, sales/marketing, construction/engineering) preferred or industrial sales experience in lieu of degree
