Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and close new enterprise-level business opportunities
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth
Build strong relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders
Deliver compelling product presentations and solution-based proposals
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer experience
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data in Salesforce
Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and SambaSafety’s evolving product offerings

Qualification

Required

3+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS or risk management solutions
Proven track record of exceeding quota in a consultative, solution-selling environment
Strong business acumen and ability to navigate complex sales cycles
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-starter mentality with a passion for driving results
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
