Responsibilities

Refine, lead, and execute OCM plans to enable faster adoption, greater utilization, and higher proficiency
Develop and deliver training to multiple impacted user groups in a hybrid, diverse work environment
Use metrics to measure adoption and adjust strategies accordingly
Facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders and conduct readiness assessments
Develop actionable change management plans, including communication, sponsor roadmaps, coaching, training, and resistance management
Implement the client’s OCM framework to manage the people side of change
Present solutions to stakeholders for review and feedback
Measure progress and behaviors, applying pivot approaches as needed
Coordinate, conduct, and measure training deployment and competencies
Provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and leaders
Coordinate change activities with project timelines and identify risks
Communicate status updates, blockers, and priorities to stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Required

Change management expertise with experience leading and executing OCM plans
Experience developing and delivering training across diverse user groups
Ability to use metrics to measure adoption and adjust strategies
Skilled in building trust and influencing stakeholders at all levels
Ability to tailor messaging and approaches by stakeholder group and audience
Strong project and risk management skills, including coordinating timelines and managing multiple workstreams
Proven problem-solving and organizational skills
Strong communication skills

Preferred

Certifications such as PROSCI, Change Guide, or LaMarsh
