Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Responsibilities
Ship product features and bug fixes across the stack
Shadow senior devs on deployments and incident response
Ramp up on our AI integration patterns and infrastructure
Own end-to-end product features from UI to backend services
Integrate and iterate on AI/LLM-powered functionality
Debug and resolve production issues
Improve performance, reliability, and developer experience
Contribute to architecture decisions and engineering culture
Qualification
Required
4–7 years of experience
Backend: Python (FastAPI, async) and/or Node.js
Frontend: React, TypeScript
Databases: MongoDB and SQL (Redis a plus)
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Comfort working across the full stack
Clear communication and documentation habits
Ownership mindset and desire to grow
Preferred
Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
Familiarity with vector databases or graph databases (e.g., Neo4j)
Startup or small-team experience
