Responsibilities
Coordinate analyst briefings, inquiries, peer reviews, and client engagements across multiple enterprise accounts
Track project timelines, deliverables, and shared assets using our ARchitect platform, AR Connect and workflow tools
Prepare agendas, capture meeting notes, manage follow-ups, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Extract, summarize, and polish analyst insights
Spot opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve how we work—then help implement them
Jump in where needed, work flexibly under tight deadlines, and bring a proactive, can-do attitude
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of professional experience in communications, PR, marketing, or a related field
Genuine interest in analyst relations, competitive intelligence, or market intelligence
Familiarity with current AI tools and a curiosity to push us forward in using new AI tools that deliver high quality results to our customers
Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for data integrity
Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communications
Collaborative, optimistic energy with a hunger to learn and contribute
Proficiency in collaboration and communication tools include spreadsheets and slide creation
You spot avoidable mistakes and incredible opportunities before they happen, and don't make the same mistake twice
