Senior Manager, Corporate Systems

Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Roadmap Development: Define and execute a multi-year technology roadmap for all corporate systems, aligning with executive vision and business priorities to support long-term growth and operational efficiency
Team Management & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of systems analysts and administrators, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
System Implementation & Enhancement: Oversee the full lifecycle of system projects, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation, testing, and post-launch support for new modules, upgrades, and integrations
Cross-Functional Partnership: Serve as the primary technology partner to Finance, HR, and other corporate functions. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges, identify opportunities for process automation, and translate needs into effective technology solutions
Vendor & Budget Management: Manage relationships with key software vendors and service providers, leading contract negotiations, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met, and overseeing the annual budget for corporate systems licensing, maintenance, and projects
Operational Excellence & Governance: Establish and enforce best practices for system administration, data governance, and security. Ensure all corporate systems are reliable, performant, and compliant with relevant regulations (e.g., SOX, GDPR)
Process Improvement: Proactively identify and champion opportunities to streamline core business processes through system enhancements and automation, driving measurable improvements in efficiency and accuracy
Qualification
Required
8+ years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 4 years in a leadership role managing enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, HRIS, CRM) in a retail, CPG, or related industry
Deep functional and technical knowledge of at least one major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365)
Proven ability to lead and motivate technical teams, manage complex projects, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Strong understanding of core corporate functions, including accounting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), human resources, and procurement
Demonstrated ability to develop long-term technology roadmaps, manage competing priorities, and make sound decisions that balance immediate needs with future goals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and build strong cross-functional relationships
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferred
Experience with leading HRIS (e.g., UKG) and financial planning tools is highly preferred
An MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus
