Sr. Account Executive (Body Worn Cameras)
Peskind Executive Search is seeking high-performing Senior Account Executives to sell mission-critical Body Worn Camera solutions into municipal, county, and state law enforcement agencies across multiple U.S. regions. The role requires a quota-driven sales professional who excels in a performance-driven environment and takes ownership of the sales process from pipeline creation to revenue closure.

Responsibilities
Generate and qualify the majority of pipeline through outbound prospecting
Sell directly to Chiefs, Sheriffs, Command Staff, IT leaders, and Procurement stakeholders
Own the full sales lifecycle: prospecting → demo → trial → close → PO
Partner with Pre-Sales Engineering during demonstrations and trials
Navigate RFPs, pilots, and public-sector procurement processes
Maintain accurate, real-time opportunity data in HubSpot CRM
Participate in periodic sales stand-ups and forecast reviews
Qualification
Required
Quota-driven sales hunter
Experience selling into law enforcement or public-sector environments
Disciplined territory execution
Comfort navigating procurement-heavy sales cycles
Mindset rooted in accountability, urgency, and measurable results
Self-source 80%+ of pipeline through outbound prospecting
Ability to generate and qualify the majority of pipeline through outbound prospecting
Sell directly to Chiefs, Sheriffs, Command Staff, IT leaders, and Procurement stakeholders
Own the full sales lifecycle: prospecting → demo → trial → close → PO
Partner with Pre-Sales Engineering during demonstrations and trials
Navigate RFPs, pilots, and public-sector procurement processes
Maintain accurate, real-time opportunity data in HubSpot CRM
Participate in periodic sales stand-ups and forecast reviews
Candidates should reside within their assigned region or have strong, existing selling relationships across the territory
