They are seeking a Strategy Associate to work directly with senior leadership on strategic and operational priorities, driving processes and analyses that enhance decision-making and strategy execution.

Responsibilities
Own and operate the portfolio review process from start to finish
Drive the yearly product strategy process and ensure clarity, structure, and high-quality outputs
Deliver sharp narratives, decks, and analyses for senior executives
Support and eventually lead special strategic projects with high visibility
Partner cross-functionally to bring order, discipline, and follow-through to strategic initiatives
Work closely with Finance and Revenue Operations to run quantitative analyses and build decision models
Analyze product portfolio performance and connect release cycles to sales pipeline trends
Develop projection models and scenario analyses that support investment and prioritization decisions
Build repeatable mechanisms that increase the speed and quality of Cognite decision-making
Earn the right to represent the strategy function in select customer and partner interactions
Support strategic product partnerships as needed
Travel with senior leadership for high-impact meetings and workshops
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or similar high-performance environments
Strong analytical skills and fluency in spreadsheets, ability to build models, run scenarios, and work with Finance and RevOps on quantitative insights
Relentless finisher with a strong sense of ownership
Structured operator who brings order to ambiguity and creates clarity quickly
Abstract thinker who learns complex domains fast
Polished communicator who writes well and makes clean slides
Proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate needs
High integrity, high accountability, and consistently high standards
Preferred
Based in Greater Phoenix and able to be in the office most days
Flexibility for significant travel and willingness to join senior leadership on the road
