Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes for airplane structure and subsystems
Ensure production readiness by identifying and mitigating risks, optimizing workflows, and enhancing operational efficiency
Support operations by streamlining processes, improving quality, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers
Utilize data analysis and engineering principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Participate in design reviews and provide input on manufacturability and assembly considerations

Required

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
9+ years of related work experience with a Bachelors OR an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment
An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required
This position requires ability to obtain program access, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only

Preferred

B.S. or higher in Aerospace, Civil or Mechanical Engineering
Level 5: 14+ years of related work experience with a Bachelors OR an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
Composite & Metallic Fabrication, Assembly & Integration experience
Experience reviewing engineering models and notes
Experience establishing a new production build process
Experience supporting Production Operations
Experience creating an interchangeable assembly
Experience with LEAN
Experience supporting defense and/or aerospace customers (Internal & External)
Experience as a Lead for junior engineers
Experience with 3D model-based instructions
Experience with any of the following: Microsoft Project, Team Center, NX, IVT, CREO, MESci, VisMockup, ProModel, FlexSim, 3D Printed Parts
