Responsibilities
Manage end‑to‑end project delivery by meeting with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements
Understand operational needs, and translate them into structured documentation such as project plans, business plans, test plans, and implementation strategies
Work extensively within SAP to configure customizations, create test scenarios, and validate system functionality
Build necessary background data when test environments are incomplete
Troubleshoot complex issues—such as inventory back‑flush processes—verifying code functionality, and ensuring accurate material movement within SAP
Execute thorough testing, attempting to break processes to ensure system stability, and preparing users for adoption
Collaborate with Global Supply Chain, Finance teams, and GM stakeholders to secure user buy‑in, refine requirements, and guide solutions through testing, validation, and deployment into production
Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication, accurate documentation, and successful implementation of system enhancements
Qualification
Required
4-5 years of Analyst experience
Strong SAP background with 2-3 years of manufacturing or inventory/material movement experience materials management production planning (MMPP)
Need to have experience with customizations, z tables, z transactions
Need to have project experience know how to pull requirements
Experience communicating with stakeholders
