Qualification
Required
BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred
Fifteen plus years of Human Resources experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-growth environment
Manufacturing HR background company is desirable
Demonstrated success translating business strategies into organizational and HR strategies and actions
Experience leading through change in a complex geographically dispersed organization
Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to solve complex business problems
Subject matter expertise on HR practices and development of people-related policies
Proven track record of managing complex HR related projects
Demonstrated prior experience with integrations from M&A processes (purchase and/or sale transactions)
Effective negotiating and influencing skills
