In this role, you will provide exceptional service to customers while assisting them with their shopping needs and driving sales through product demonstrations and upselling techniques.

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding products and services
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering duties
Maintain an organized and visually appealing store through effective merchandising and stocking practices
Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and encourage purchases
Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels and assist in stock management
Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally
Support sales initiatives by upselling products based on customer needs and preferences
Exhibit strong phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries via phone
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in retail sales with a focus on customer service excellence
Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers
Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and inventory management
Ability to demonstrate products effectively, showcasing features that meet customer needs
Background check is required
Drug test is required

Experience in merchandising and stocking within a grocery store or similar retail environment
