Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients from intake through demand
Manage a high-volume caseload of auto accident PI cases
Communicate consistently with clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
Review medical records and bills; monitor treatment and flag issues early
Draft demand packages and negotiate directly with insurance adjusters
Maintain accurate case files while following defined procedures and metrics
Qualification
Required
2+ years of hands-on pre-litigation case management experience in auto accident PI
Proven ability to manage 70–80 active cases in a structured environment
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
Excellent client communication and emotional intelligence
Comfortable in process-driven, on-site, team-oriented settings
Preferred
Spanish bilingual
Filevine experience
