Manage and amend Repair Station/Quality Manuals (FAA, EASA, UK CAA)
Lead internal and external audits to ensure 100% compliance
Drive continuous improvement using 8D, FMEA, and Six Sigma methodologies
Mentor junior quality staff and champion a "Flight Safety First" culture
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve technical issues and support the supply chain
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field
8+ years of Aerospace Quality experience (MRO/Production)
Deep knowledge of AS9100 and Part 145 regulations
Expertise in root cause analysis and data-driven problem solving
