Responsibilities
Design, implement, and monitor internal controls for financial and operational processes
Assess risks and propose mitigation plans
Conduct internal audits and compliance testing
Prepare reports and recommendations for senior management
Ensure alignment with local and international standards (SOX, IFRS, etc.)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and controls
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years in internal control, auditing, or risk management
Knowledge of SOX, IFRS, and best practices in internal control
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
Proficiency in analysis tools and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Preferred
Intermediate to advanced English
