Responsibilities

Partner with internal teams and external agencies to drive multiple lead types through integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including paid and organic social, marketing automation, content marketing, and other growth tactics
Define and execute the marketing strategy to grow and engage the customer community across social media, online marketplaces, and email marketing channels
Continuously evolve the marketing strategy and plans in response to changing company priorities, market dynamics, and customer needs
Lead with a data-driven approach, gathering acquisition and performance insights to optimize campaigns, improve results, and establish a clear framework for measurement and evaluation
Identify and assess content opportunities across owned and organic channels (e.g., blog, social, website) to support scalable content marketing programs
Own the PR strategy, including publisher and analyst relations, messaging alignment, and proactive outreach planning
Create compelling content and execute both automated and one-time email campaigns that engage users throughout the full customer journey
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve marketing efficiency and reporting, reducing manual effort through effective use of marketing automation and CRM tools
Develop best-in-class marketing materials—such as white papers, presentations, and other customer-facing assets—to build brand awareness and drive pipeline and revenue growth
Evaluate marketing events and secure speaking opportunities for company thought leaders across relevant industry channels
Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Leadership) to ensure marketing strategies align with revenue goals and business priorities
Define and manage KPIs and dashboards to track performance across channels, providing regular insights and recommendations to executive leadership
Oversee brand governance to ensure consistent messaging, tone, and visual identity across all marketing and communications channels
Partner closely with Sales to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution through alignment on targeting, messaging, and handoff processes
Evaluate and implement new marketing technologies and tools to improve scalability, efficiency, and campaign performance

Required

10+ years of experience in a marketing role, with 5+ years of experience building and managing a growth-focused marketing team
Progressive business leadership experience in a fast-growing, multi-unit/state company with a national footprint within the digital marketing industry
Mastery of managing multiple marketing channels, ideally with a focus on inbound & product led growth strategies
Proven understanding of how marketing channel strategies work together, including SEO, paid search, social media, mobile, PR, and email
Ability to operate autonomously and prioritize projects in order to properly balance the dual goals of product innovation and ambitious growth targets
Deep understanding of marketing business operations and how to leverage a high-profile brand
Analytical and campaign performance measurement experience
Advanced proficiency within CRM tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, plus others and the ability to analyze data regarding the sales funnel
Strong experience with industry standard tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEOMoz, SEMrush, etc.)
A growth mindset, never satisfied with the status quo
An individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment within a role that is new and will dynamically evolve
Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in marketing, advertising, communications, or another relevant program
