Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Greet and assist travelers, providing them with a warm and welcoming experience. Answer any questions they may have about the Just Walk Out technology and the store’s offerings
Tech Support: Demonstrate and explain the Just Walk Out technology to customers, ensuring they understand how to use it. Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise
Sales: Promote and upsell products to meet customer needs. Provide product recommendations and information to enhance the shopping experience
Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store. Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed
Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow Brand Ambassadors and management to ensure smooth store operations and a cohesive team environment
Qualification
Required
Driver's License
Ability To Commute: Philadelphia, PA 19153
Tech-Savvy: Strong understanding and passion for technology, particularly retail technology. Ability to quickly learn and explain new tech systems
Customer Service Excellence: Proven experience in customer service with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
Sales Skills: Demonstrated success in sales roles, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with a diverse customer base
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with colleagues
Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the needs of airport travelers
