Responsibilities

Serve as the PMO representative for assigned projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals and change management strategies
Lead the change management team providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
Utilize Prosci methodologies and tools to assess business readiness manage stakeholders and mitigate risks
Develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational readiness and minimize resistance to change
Create and execute comprehensive communication plans to inform and engage stakeholders through the change process
Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and address stakeholder concerns effectively
Partner with IT departments to map current and future roles ensure clarity with roles and expectations
Align training programs with role requirements facilitating smooth transition and skill development
Lead the development of a case for change highlighting the benefits by persona
Collaborate with stakeholders to define measurable benefits and success criteria for change initiatives
Identify and engage key stakeholders fostering support and addressing concerns proactively
Implement risk mitigation strategy to address potential challenges and ensure successful change adoption

Required

Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational development, human resources or a related field
5 years' experience in organizational change management with a focus on project management and stakeholder management
Proficiency with Prosci methodology and tools
Strong communication leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions

Preferred

Familiarity with role mapping and SAP S4HANA
