Qualification
Required
Minimum of three years of third party insurance coverage and bad faith experience
Enjoy analytical writing and analysis
Drawn toward trial advocacy
Ability to conduct research and writing
Hands on litigation experience
Client interface experience
Experience in drafting coverage opinions on third party liability claims
Experience in litigating declaratory judgement actions
Ability to advise clients of potential extra-contractual exposure
Experience in responding to tender demands
Experience in conducting examinations under oath
Experience in defending coverage and bad faith suits involving all lines of insurance
